Quality policy

The main intention of the Management Board is to ensure constant quality improvement of provided building services. During our everyday operations, we make every effort to ensure full satisfaction of our Customers.

The tasks specified and identified by Krosno Building Enterprise within quality management are executed through:

- quality improvement of offers and bids

- quality improvement of provided services

- promptness of works execution

- modernisation of production processes

- improvement of employees' social conditions

- improvement of company operations effectiveness

- constant improvement of employees' qualifications and education

- company promotion

- linking quality management objectives with the rules of remunerating employees

The quality policy is known and fully supported by the personnel of Krosno Building Enterprise. It has also been presented to companies cooperating with us.
